Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after placing your order. Please note that all shipping times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

 

Australia-Wide orders:

Please note: Products including T10 Globes, Replacement Remotes, Stickers and other smaller products will be shipped via AusPost letter post and do not include tracking. All other products will be shipped via AusPost Parcel Post and will include tracking.

AusPost Parcel:

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 - (3-10 Business Days)
• Standard: $9.95 - (3-10 Business Days)
• Express: $14.95 - (Up to 5kg) - (1-3 Business Days)
• Express Heavy: $29.95 - (5kg or more) - (1-3 Business Days)

AusPost Letter:

• Standard: Free - (3-12 Business Days) - (No Tracking)
• Express: $9.95 - (1-3 Business Days) - (Tracking Included)

If products that would normally be posted via letter post are ordered with products that would normally be posted via parcel post, we will include both in the parcel post together.

 

International orders:

For international orders we ship to New Zealand, USA, and Canada. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout and will include all costs associated with postage.

Please note all delivery times are estimates only, therefore LuxBeam can not guarantee delivery dates.
