Refunds/Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you place your order to request a return for a change of mind. To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, your item must be in its original, unused condition, free from any modifications or markings, and must be returned in its original packaging. You are also required to contact us and return your item to LuxBeam at your own expense. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your store credit.
In the case of a return due to a defective or shipping-damaged product, once we receive and approve the return you will be contacted and your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be applied automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for a refund can range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your chosen payment method.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be granted including if the item is not returned in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
In the event you post a Product back to us and it is not received by us, we are not responsible for providing you with a refund or exchange. As such, we recommend you use registered post and obtain insurance for the Products you are returning.
Please be aware that items returned to us without a prior request and approval for return will not be accepted.
Warranty
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:
- Incorrect installation or modifications made during installation, unless installed by LuxBeam
- Incorrect operation or accidents
- Normal wear and tear or adverse weather conditions
You will be responsible for covering the following costs, losses or charges:
- Costs associated with removing and reinstalling the product.
- Transportation fees and any potential transit-related damages are your responsibility. You must coordinate the delivery and retrieval of your product, covering the expenses associated with shipping your return. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment to safeguard against possible loss or damage.
- Any costs, whether direct or indirect, associated with the product's failure to operate as expected.
Pre-Orders
By pre-ordering a product, you're securing an item that is currently out of stock or will soon become available but is not yet in our inventory. You have the option to cancel your order if it hasn't been fulfilled yet however once the order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. Dispatch times displayed on our pre-order listings are the time until we will send it out, meaning it does not include the time it takes to arrive to your address once shipped.
